Step 1: Call Us.

Step 2: Free case evaluation. Each case is different and the needs of each client are different. We listen to the case details and determine if the case is one where we believe that we can be of service.

Step 3: Representation Agreement. Most of our individual cases fall under the Fixed Rate Plan billing of $500 for the first month and $250 for each additional month. Under the Fixed Rate Plan, clients are not billed by the hour. Once an agreement is made on pricing and payment, we are ready to get to work.
